Terms & Conditions of Use of the pgsoft Platform
This document outlines the rules and conditions that apply to all users of the pgsoft platform in Indonesia. By accessing and using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out here.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use
By registering, logging in, or using the services provided by pgsoft, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on our platform. If you do not agree to any or all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the pgsoft service.
The pgsoft service is intended solely for individuals who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Underage users are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform. pgsoft reserves the right to verify age at any time and may suspend or close an account if a violation of the minimum age requirement is found.
These terms apply to all users accessing the pgsoft platform from within Indonesia, whether via desktop browser, mobile device, or any officially available application. By continuing to use the service after any updates to these terms, you are deemed to have accepted those changes.
2. Account Creation, Security, and Policy
To use the pgsoft service in full, you are required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating more than one account by the same individual is a serious violation and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts along with any balances held within them.
You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. pgsoft will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We recommend using a strong and unique password and enabling two-step verification where available.
pgsoft reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account if any activity is found to be in violation of these terms, including but not limited to: use of false information, bonus abuse, system manipulation, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms other users or the platform. Decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final unless an appeal is accepted by our team.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
As a user of the pgsoft platform, you are obligated to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations. You are prohibited from using the platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could harm others. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, or use automated software (bots) without authorization will be subject to strict penalties.
Users must ensure that all information provided during registration and the verification process is truthful and accurate. False information may result in account deactivation and ineligibility to withdraw any balance. Users are also required to comply with the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which pgsoft may request at any time in accordance with operational and regulatory requirements.
Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account, including transactions carried out by third parties who gain access through the account holder's own negligence. pgsoft is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of an account by an unauthorized party where such negligence originated from the user themselves.
4. Payment and Transaction Terms in IDR
All transactions on the pgsoft platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change at any time and will be clearly stated on the transaction page. As an example, the current minimum deposit generally starts from Rp50.000, though the actual amount depends on the latest applicable policy.
pgsoft offers a range of local payment methods commonly used in Indonesia, including inter-bank transfers, digital wallets such as GoPay and Dana, and other methods that may be added or removed from time to time based on service availability. Transaction processing times vary depending on the selected method and internal verification process; deposits are typically completed within a few minutes, while withdrawals generally take longer depending on verification.
pgsoft is not liable for delays or transaction failures caused by factors outside our control, including disruptions to banking networks, technical issues with third-party payment providers, or invalid account details provided by the user. Users are advised to always double-check transaction details before final confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the pgsoft platform, including but not limited to interface design, logos, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements, is intellectual property owned by pgsoft or third parties who have licensed it to us. No part of such content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from pgsoft.
Users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. This right is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time if a violation of these terms occurs.
Any act of intellectual property infringement will be handled in accordance with the laws in force in Indonesia and may result in civil or criminal legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability and Applicable Law
pgsoft provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always operate without interruption or be free from technical errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, pgsoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
The pgsoft platform may include links to third-party websites for the convenience of users. pgsoft is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Terms & These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by applicable legislation. pgsoft reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time; changes will be communicated via the platform or the registered email address.
